Kachua Upazila of Bagerhat district, having an area of 131.62 square kilometers and consists of 7 unions, 78 mauzas, and 96 villages. The unions are: Badhal, Dhopakhali, Gazalia, Gopalpur, Kachua, Moghia and Raripara. The famous tourist attractions of the upazila are:
